Wiki Leaks don’t tell us much more than we already know. Just that wiki leaks puts a mysterious angle called “leaks.” People love mystery. It’s more potent than researches stating the obvious via “tabled” content. Although the recent revelations have some really unknown elements like some really good researchers come out with some surprising results. Wiki Leaks, has told us something that us “Indians” have been telling for long.

Why are they not fighting the Pakistani Punjabi’s?

One of the biggest mistake of the “latest” Afghan war is that US and allies are fighting symptoms and not the cause. Let me give you two distinct characters in the terrorist structure. 1) The Tribes 2) The Pakistani Punjabis. I will explain them in same order.

1) The Tribals: We know them as Tribals, Adivasis and may be as Aborigines. These are simple folks. I am sure we all have had tribal ancestors sometime ago. A lot of us have evolved so called “sophisticated” or “civilized.” I am not using these words in the strictest definition. We have these folks up in arms worldwide against us sophisticated people, because, we exploit their lack of sophistication or civilization. The fights manifest in many names. In India we call them Maoist because of the Chinese connection and influence. In other parts of the world we have other names. There are 3 distinct characteristics of them. A) They fight very hard and don’t seem to be dying off B) they fight for a theme C) they can be exploited. You cannot fault them for not understanding our civilized ways. In fact, nations are scrambling to protect them via legislation’s and other measures. Since I have generally explained them, let me move on to the Afghan scene.

Historically, they have been fighters. They have been influenced by Muslim culture. In recent history, the British, Russians and now the American / NATO have been at the wrong side of them. Actually the Americans have been on the both sides of them. During the Soviet misadventure in Afghanistan, Americans supplied these tribals with financial and material aid. The people that is on the right side of them is the Pakistani Punjabis. But, the influence of both American and Pakistani Punjabis have not been constructive and positive. They have / have been exploiting the ruggedness of these folks under the Islamic banner. These tribes have locally active, but, do not have an international character. Even today. The Afghan Taliban and other factions are made up of these tribals.

2) The Pakistani Punjabis: For the people who love mysteries let me tell you secret, even though, its a know fact. Pakistan is dominated by people from Punjab province with 60% of the Pakistani population and unimaginable wealth. Pakistani side of Punjab is the home of “Islamic Trash.” These people are decedents of barbaric Muslim raiders who have raped local and Hindu women. This variety of Muslim’s (there are similar more in other parts of the world), have an inferiority complex because of their origin, as explained. They have to display parity with the original Muslims, especially from Arabian countries. Pakistan has made so many attempts like pleading to be declared as a Arabic state or creating a Islamic Empire or raking up Islamic causes etc. This fact has been exploited by the Arabs. Arabs consider these Islamic types as “expendable,” a fact I figured out during my brief stay in certain Arabian countries. I have been told, its an annual ritual for some rich Arabs to kill of some Pakistanis and other nationals (not scope of the article, so I am not naming), during the Haj season. From Hafiz Muhammad Saeed of Jama’at-ud-Da’wah to lowly Ajmal Kasab of Mumbai attack infamy, are expendable at different levels in Jihadi eco system.

Traditionally, these Pakistani Punjabi’s have lived off inviting some invader or the other for livelihood means. Last being the US of A and Arab countries. Some may argue that then US and Arabs should be fought not these Pakistani Punjabis. They are right, but, I am limiting myself to the Afghan problem. Besides, I am addressing the issue in this article. These are the people we must be fighting, if we have to win this Afghanistan war. They have living off both US money as well as the other terror money, like from Osama Bin laden. These people have extensive terror networks as well as poppy fields. Now, the Pakistani armed forces and the intelligence agency ISI are dominated by these Pakistani Punjabis. They exploit the “Islamic” theme to create issues around the world, including Afghanistan. Think about this, were Afghanistani Tribals responsible for September 9/11 or other terror attacks world wide? No. It is these Pakistani Punjabi’s along with al-Qaeda (or al-Qa’ida).

So, technically, US / NATO forces are fighting cannon fodder and not the cannon itself. Pakistani Punjabis’ are playing the age old trick of good cop and the bad cop and US is buying every bit of it. So we have Pakistani Army chief playing good cop, while collecting booty from US and the so called “army retires” and “ISI retires” who are running the terror war against US /NATO. Mind you, the rest of the Pakistan is also complain about the Pakistani Punjab.

And don’t get swayed by the Pakistani “Taliban’ term. The Pakistani Taliban is a collection of thieves and anti social elements.

Why does west hide the fact?

So, why is that the duplicity of Pakistani Punjabis being hidden from the “common man” in US and Western countries?

This is because “vested interest” has developed in these countries too. Other day, I wrote an article on Why Canada still backs terror in India? I explained how Canadian’s have developed an vested interest in promoting terror in India. The principle is the same.

British failed to conquer the Afghanistan area in its colonial days. But, they learn’t a lesson that would change the rest of the modern history. If you can’t beat them, then join them. This is a learning, they passed on to the Pakistani establishment. Pakistani Army started using these tribes against India and Afghanistan. subsequently, a new “regular” tribal force emerged. US, Arabs, Britis etc plugged into these system via Pakistani Army and ISI.

The terror influence traveled up the chain. That influenced the diplomats, intelligence agencies, contractors and even the politicians back home in US and Western countries. The US diplomats, US contractors and the US politician nexus can be better understood in their own country. This is a major factor of the afghan war from the US perspective. How will they earn their money? Pakistan/Afghanistan sector has been an money spinner since past 60 years!. Another factor is that the US/western intelligence have got influenced. Don’t be surprised if wiki leaks again and tells you of the US hand in the current situation. The next factor is that US and western countries have given asylums to radicals. These radicals have become a vote bank in these countries.

When Barack Obama ans Hillary Clinton took office for the new term, they confessed that they have made mistakes in the past and would correct the situation in Afghanistan. They have well intentionally poured billions of American tax payers money into Pakistan, even at a time when US citizens needed that money during the economic crisis. But, they fail to understand they they are feeding the same system in a different name.

Some time back an ex Indian external intelligence agent called B Raman wrote a book The Kaoboys of R&AW: Down Memory Lane. His opening chapter was with a scathing attack of his frustrations with US State department. US should be looking at redefining the US state department, the CIA structure and the contractors. Obama and Hillary should do this if they have intentions of winning the Afghan war. US also should be looking at containing the “un officials” from the Arab countries.

If the Afghan war has to be won, the old structure of Pakistani Armed forces, the ISI and the old order of the Us and western countries should be dismantled.
