Israel to allow international supervision for civilian goods flowing to Gaza

The Israeli Security Cabinet has decided to liberalize the system by which civilian goods enter Gaza and expand the inflow of materials for civilian projects under international supervision. As per the release from Israeli Prime Ministers office, Israel will liberalize the system by which civilian goods enter Gaza. Israel will allow to expand the inflow of materials for civilian projects that are under international supervision.
However, Israel says that it will continue its existing security procedures to prevent the inflow of weapons and war material.
The Israeli cabinet will decide in the coming days on additional steps to implement this policy.
