The US air force tanker war between Boeing and Northrop Grumman has gone online. Northrop Grumman Corporation recently launched the website “America’s New Tanker” (http://www.americasnewtanker.com). While Boeing Company already has this blog called Tanker Facts ( http://boeingblogs.com/tanker/ ).

“This website serves as a central point of accurate information and current news for Americans who want to learn the facts about the KC-45 Tanker — from the 48,000 U.S. jobs this program will support to how citizens can take action and contact their elected officials,” said Randy Belote, Northrop Grumman vice president of corporate and international communications.

Boeing’s Blog has messages from the viewers mostly un-supportive of Boeing. Northrop Grumman got away by not allowing comments on its website. But they have a link to http://capitoladvantage.com/ website where supporters can send a message to the respective senators. Unfortunately one cannot figure out if someone actually sent it or they actually sent a supportive email.

Since both the website score very low on Alexa ranking, its safe to assume that both sites are not very used.
