Russian Navy Guided Missile Cruiser “Moskva” heads for Black Sea

Today the flag officer of Black Sea Fleet Guard rocket cruiser “Moskva” under the flag of Deputy Commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Vice-Admiral Vasily Kondakova left Sevastopol and took course for Black Sea straits. Soon GRKR “Moskva” will become part the ship assault Group (KUG) of northern fleet headed by the heavy aircraft-carrying cruiser the “Admiral of the Fleet of secular union Kuznetsov”. Moskva will have to negotiate Mediterranean and Atlantic Ocean. Moskva will be supported by KUG Sevastopol large sea tanker “Ivan Bubnov”. Once Moskva enters the Mediterranean a medium sea tanker “Iman” and rescue tug SB -36 will aid her.
