Ratan Tata shows keen interest in Tejas during Singapore Airshow 2008
Mr.Ratan Tata Chairman Tata Group of Companies visited the Indian Pavilion during the Singapore Air-show 2008 held recently. Mr.Tata showed keen interest in the development programme of Light Combat Aircraft “Tejas”. The Indian Pavilion which was coordinated by Society of Indian Aerospace Technologies and Industries (SIATI) Bangalore, had the representation of DRDO/ADA, ISRO, Tata Group and other Indian enterprise.
DRDO had showcased L.C.A, Nishanth (U.A.V), Pilot support systems designed by D. E .B .E. L and Avionics display of D.A.R.E and C. A. B. S of Bangalore. The Indian Pavilion could gather a significant attention from the milling crowd particularly South-Asian community.
