It may be pointed out that phase shifter developement was a result of work carried out at IIT and two other establishments namely-Solid State Physics Laboratory and Central Electronics Ltd. Developements on materials (ferrites and dielectrics),design, fabrication,assemly, testing etc of the phase shifters at the three places- all efforts combined together led to indigenous developement of phase shifters- the crucial elements of this phased array radar Rajendra. Technolgy adapted by CEL was tranferred from both IITD and SSPL alongwith the production related developements of CEL]]></description>
