Indian Army on Sri Lanka study tour
The Indian military chiefs are on a study tour to Srilanka as part of their familiarization programmes. They met the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Sarath Fonseka at his office in the Army Headquarters on 11 September 2007. Brigadier Kamal Jit Singh, Brigadier P.S. Rathee and Colonel Rajeev Choudhry during the meeting with the Commander of the Army exchanged views on bilateral issues and other training programmes.
To mark the occasion, the Indian Army officers presented mementos to Lieutenant General Sarath Fonseka.
