General Dynamics Awarded UK and US submarine support contracts
The U.S. Navy has awarded General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems a $91 million contract to continue providing modifications and support for fire control systems aboard U.S. and U.K. ballistic missile submarines (SSBN) and for the attack weapons control system aboard U.S. guided missile submarines (SSGN).

The work is expected to be completed by July 2011.
The contract being modified was initially awarded in August 2003 and will be worth $8.8 billion.
