Coming to article. Its certainly good and brings in a different dimension - never thought by a linear programmed Wealth Manager.
I have understood our world in a certain sense-where in its not what it is. In fact the mere time-space is such an power full phenomenon, that any small tweaking in them, might change the entire perception and understand of this world. After all its only light that has been making us do what we do and believe what we believe. With that prospective in mind - I have always questioned the basic, the routine and the obvious.
Taking to wealth Management. I had always believed that a 'product' never ever has its own locus Sandi. If one is able to fit it into the clients scheme of things - its gets sold. For eg - One can make an 90% year old invest into PE. It can be sold as legacy planning for his grandson. Hence its only lies in how your perceive it and then fit it into his psyche. My point is - things are fluid and never concrete as its made out in this world.
I don't agree to the thought experiment of looking back and working forward. Nothing is getting changed. its just an extrapolation of the past. Effectively we are still living in the past. I prefer thinking 'INVERSE". What if Wealth Management didn't require Wealth Managers, Better - how do we be a conduit in helping our clients to be a wealth manager of their own - and we be the provider of these systems (as I strongly believe that this business is fast converting to a utility business). If this makes people leave your discussion (then I guess you are right)- whatever left are your real audience.
Importantly, I thought if you had shared the basics of time-space, energy-matter, mind, information - those were the basics tenets for any further thought process. As in food for thought - for ever.
Just thought I share- although I don't posses any capabilities or experience as you do.

Best Regards
