Smita Mukherjee

Ms. Smita Mukherjee is the Assistant Training Manager, at Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon. Her role includes oversees all associate, executive and manager level trainings in Courtyard by Marriott as per Marriott International standard procedures and formats. She also handles outsourced fire and life safety trainings along with induction programs and managing internship, understudy and industrial training programs. She also is responsible for the Management Trainee Program “Voyage”, Campus placements and associate engagement.

Her 10 years of vast experience encompasses different verticals such as front office assistance, process trainer, and personality development. She has also worked as Banquets Sales Executive at Fortune select Global by Welcome group. Her excellent communication skills and impressive personality is definitely beneficial in all aspects, professional and for appropriate business development and presentation.

A graduate in Bachelor of Arts from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Smita had her first move into specialized training in F&B Service from Trident, Jaipur in 2000. She has been awarded to be the best employee by Honorable Revenue Minister Mr. Ram Narayan Dudi on Independence Day Ceremony, 15th August 2008, Jodhpur Division and Government of Rajasthan. Smita brings with her vast and inspiring knowledge and expertise to The Courtyard by Marriot, Gurgaon and supports strongly to the quality of the training required. In her leisure time she prefers listening to music, reading novels and cooking. She loves interacting with people.
