Air Cmde Raghubir Singh (Retd), is with Institute of Defence Scientists & Technologists.
He has served in the Indian Air Force as well as in the Defence Research and Development Organisation- working on frontier areas of technology. He was at HAL Nasik on the manufacture of MiG-21′s & Air to Air Missiles(1967-71), at Aircraft & Systems Testing Establishment, Bangalore(1975-78) testing new weapon systems prior to their induction into the services. He served at DRDO during 1978-96, where he worked on air armaments & rocket systems. After his retirement, he has been in education – trying to overcome acute problems especially of parallel education system.
